Customer Service & DTC Sales COORDINATOR (USA)

Role Overview

Haydenshapes is seeking a proactive, sales-focused Customer Service & DTC Sales Coordinator to support and grow our Direct-to-Consumer business in the United States.

This is a revenue-oriented role that combines customer service, sales conversion, order management and operational coordination. You will act as a key link between US customers and our Australian production and support teams, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

DTC Sales & Order Management

  • Convert inbound customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Process and manage DTC orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Track orders through production and fulfillment with proactive updates.
  • Coordinate with Australian production and logistics teams.
  • Support DTC programs and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Customer Service & Warranty

  • Manage communication across phone, email, live chat and social.
  • Provide clear, timely support before and after purchase.
  • Handle warranty claims and coordinate resolutions.
  • Maintain a premium brand experience.

Fulfillment & Operations

  • Monitor inventory and support stocktakes.
  • Communicate demand trends between US and AUS teams.
  • Participate in weekly WIP meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Sales-driven with customer-facing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple systems.
  • Experience with Shopify or CRM systems preferred.
