The Shred Sled King is a step up Shred Sled. It is the step up board that maintains plenty of volume and area under the chest for great paddle and stability, but it has a forward step style of outline designed to give maximum hold in bigger waves. Because you ride the SSK smaller than your traditional step up, it will fit into the pocket, and be more comfortable to turn in the tighter areas of the wave.

It has a slight single concave in the entry, which moves into a medium single around the chest and front foot, and from there it blends into a vee double out the tail for maximum hold and rail to rail sensitivity.

It’s rocker has a similar late curve in the entry as the Shred Sled, but the tail has a straighter rocker to give plenty of speed, great for driving through those barrels.

If you want a Shred Sled King around a 5'10, our normal dims would be 5'10 x 19 x 2 1/2 giving you 28.7L. You would normally ride the Shred Sled King that same size as you would ride the Shred Sled model - or a little longer the bigger the waves - but you would go 1/8 to 1/4" thicker for better paddle and 1/4 narrower. This means you can ride the shred sled 4-6" shorter than your normal step up board. The Shred Sled King is only shaped as a Quad fin.
